Laser Cutting for Stainless Steel Washers/ Nuclear Power Plant Industry

We received an urgent call from the owner of an onsite contractor at a nuclear power plant in the southeast U.S. This contractor had inherited a project that was months behind schedule, and he was under tremendous pressure to begin installation of 10,000 custom-sized stainless steel washers within four days. We located the material, laser cut the washers, and made a partial shipment 30 hours after that phone call. One day later, we shipped the remaining washers, along with material certifications, drawings, technical data for LEED certification, and other submittal data. The contractor received all of the washers only three days after that first contact, a full day before the very rushed deadline.
